PMU clients MUST complete intake form before booking.
No children or pets allowed on the premises
Groupons
-Simply book for the service you purchased, there is no separate booking process besides needing to provide screenshot of groupon code
-Screenshot of Groupon showing name, service and redemption code required to secure booking
-Groupon will be redeemed automatically in the case of no shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours
24-Hour Cancellation
Cancellations or reschedules require 24 hours’ notice. Less than 24 hours will be charged 50%. No-shows will be charged 75%.
Late Arrival
15+ minutes late requires rescheduling and a 50% fee. No contact after 15 minutes = no-show; 75% will be charged.
Frequent Rescheduling
After 3 reschedules of the same appointment, full payment is required to rebook.
