-
Avoid self-tanning products on the face for 48 hours after treatment.
Maintenance & Daily Grooming
-
Brow lamination is not permanent. The treatment softens the hair bonds, allowing brows to be styled into a lifted, fluffy shape.
-
Brush brows daily with a spoolie to maintain direction and shape.
-
Conditioning the brows daily is recommended to prevent dryness or frizz.
-
Results typically last 6–8 weeks with proper care.
What is brow lamination?
Brow lamination is a semi-permanent, non-invasive treatment that acts like a gentle “perm” for the eyebrows. It relaxes the brow hairs so they can be redirected into a lifted, fuller, more defined shape. The result is a soft, feathery brow that can appear thicker and more symmetrical. Results typically last 6–8 weeks with proper aftercare.
I woke up and my brow lamination was gone!
Don’t panic—your lamination is still there. Brow lamination makes the hairs more pliable and easier to style, but it does not permanently lock them into place. If brows are slept on or brushed out of position, they won’t automatically spring back. Simply brush them back into shape. Laminated brows still require light daily styling; the treatment just creates a more cooperative canvas.
What is included in the wax, tint and lamination service?
Our Full Brow Makeover includes expert reshaping to enhance your natural brow structure, precise waxing for a clean finish, a custom brow tint to add depth and definition, and brow lamination to create a lifted, fluffy effect. This all-in-one service is ideal for clients looking to refresh, refine, and elevate their brows in a single appointment.
What kind of brow tint do you use?
We use Brow Code Hybrid Dye, a professional hybrid formula designed to tint both the brow hair and lightly stain the skin. It combines the longevity and intensity of traditional henna with the control and ease of a modern tint, allowing for defined yet natural-looking results.
How Long Does Stain Last?
With proper aftercare, Brow Code Hybrid Dye can leave a soft stain on the skin for up to 7–10 days and tint the brow hairs for up to 6 weeks. Longevity varies based on skin type, skincare routine, and lifestyle.
Is the tint Safe For Pregnant And Breastfeeding Women?
Brow Code Hybrid Dye is not recommended for clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you are pregnant, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider prior to booking any brow tint or lamination service.
Is brow lamination damaging?
Brow lamination involves temporarily breaking and reforming the disulfide bonds within the hair. When performed incorrectly or over-processed, it can cause dryness or damage. For this reason, processing time is customized based on each client’s hair density and growth pattern. Conservative timing is intentionally used to prioritize hair health and integrity over aggressive results. Our lamination system includes conditioning and bond-support ingredients to help maintain brow strength and flexibility.

How long does brow lamination last?
Brow lamination results typically last 6–8 weeks. For optimal brow health, laminations should not be performed more frequently than every 8 weeks.
Does brow lamination require aftercare?
Yes. For the first 24 hours, brows must remain completely dry and free from steam, sweat, and skincare products. After that period, daily brushing and conditioning are recommended to maintain shape and hair health.
Will brow lamination work on everyone?
Brow lamination works best on clients with natural brow hair. Results may vary depending on hair thickness, growth direction, previous chemical services, and overall hair condition. Some areas of the brow may respond more subtly, particularly at the front where hair is often denser.
Can I get brow lamination if I have sparse brows?
Lamination can improve the appearance of fullness by repositioning existing hair, but it does not create new hair. Clients with very sparse brows may benefit from combining lamination with tinting or considering alternative brow services.
Can I wear makeup after my appointment?
You may apply makeup after the first 24 hours. Applying makeup too soon can affect longevity and brow position.
Can I get brow lamination if I use retinol or acne treatments?
Clients using retinoids, Accutane, or strong exfoliating treatments around the brow area may not be suitable candidates. Please disclose all skincare products and medications during your consultation.
Is there any downtime?
There is no downtime, but you must follow the 24-hour aftercare guidelines for best results.
What if my brows don’t respond evenly?
Brow hair can vary in density and resistance throughout the brow. For hair integrity reasons, conservative processing is prioritized. Results often improve with subsequent laminations once we know how the lamination took then we can tweak at the next appt for perfect results without overprocessing and breaking your hair.
