Relative Contraindications (treat with caution or modify)

General Aftercare

For the next 24–48 hours:

Hands off! Avoid touching, rubbing, or picking your face.
Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of water to help your skin flush toxins and stay plump.
Avoid sun exposure. If you must be outside, wear a broad-spectrum SPF 30+ (no tanning beds).
Skip harsh products. No scrubs, retinoids, acids (AHA/BHA), or acne treatments unless your esthetician specifically recommends it.
Avoid heat. No saunas, hot showers, steam rooms, or sweaty workouts—heat can irritate freshly treated skin.
